Original format: photograph; 8 in. x 10 in. Condition: The photograph is in good condition. The photograph does not lay flat, the top and the bottom curve up. There is a crease across the bottom right corner, leading to a tear at the bottom of the photograph. On the right border surrounding the image there is a spot of dried glue near the top and a brown circle with a tear at the middle of the photograph. On the bottom border there are two notation handwritten in pencil, "RR159" and "9/." On the back there is are two areas of discoloration on the left edge; the first is one inch from the top of photograph and the second is at the middle of the photograph with a small tear going through the discoloration. There are two notations on the back; the first is handwritten in pencil near the top left corner "Dr. Ross's office" and the second is in the middle also handwritten in pencil "Dr. Frazier."
