Original format: photograph; 2 3/4 in. x 4 3/4 in. Condition: The photograph is in fair condition. There is a crease across the middle of the image. On the face is a pink line from below the right eye to the subject's mustache. There are two distinct white spots on the face, the first is under the left eye against the nose and the second is under and to the right of the right eye. There are eight notations on the back; the first is in the upper left corner, written and bordered in pink "used triangel review?," the second is at the top and written in black ink "(2nd Pres)," the third is beneath the second notation and written in blue ink "Z X Snyder Pres St Normal school Gift of Bob Hanna," in black ink "1891-1915" as added next to the third notation, the fourth notation is a red stamp in the middle of the back directly over the major crease, "If Used, Please Credit Hazel E. Johnson Collection." Under the stamp is the fifth notation, written in blue pencil "KR 71 4C," under the fifth notation is the sixth written in blue ink "Hazel E. Johnson Collection 1964," to the left of the sixth notation written sideways in blue ink is the seventh notation "Please return to Hazel E. Johnson 828 12 St Greeley Colo 80631," and the eighth notation is to the right of the sixth notation written sideways in pencil "used 1/5/1973."
