Original format: photograph; 3 in. x 4 1/2 in. Condition: The photograph is in good condition. There are several crease and scratches near the top left corner. Beginning at the top of the photograph one inch from the top right corner, and ending just to the right of the subjects right ear is the outline of a paperclip. Near the top right corner are two small discolorations; the first is a small black dot and the second is a small white spot. Near the bottom right corner is a raised impression "Mead-Pursell Denver." On the back are three notations; the first at the top handwritten in black ink "Dr. George W. Frasier," the second is handwritten in black ink beginning at the middle of the photograph "Please return photo to J.H. Shaw Greley, Colorado," and the third is the impression from the front backwards.
