abstract
The following abstract is taken from the second paragraph of the thesis. "Whether we look at education from the standpoint of psychology, sociology, or philosophy, or look at it from the standpoint of the administrator, or pedagog, there are two types of education as pointed out by Dr. Suzzallo - the Humanitarian, and that for Efficiency, both well recognized - with other types now trying to get in over pedgogical prejudices. In discussing either type from either standpoint, have to do with three things: aims, values, and methods."
