Original format: lantern slide; black and white; 3.25 in. x 4 in. Condition: The slide is in fair condition. There are four cracks on one side. Dirt is trapped between the two glass plates. The tape holding the slide together is in good condition. There are two labels affixed to the slide. Printed on one label in blue ink is "638". Printed on the other label in black ink is "Normal Chorus." The slide's border is gold with a black pattern. Printed on the border is "R. M. Davis Denver, Colo."
