abstract
The following abstract is taken from the introductory paragraph of the thesis. "Industrial plants and business houses of various kinds grow and decay. Industries prosper in some sections of the country, while in others they have either failed or are living a miserable existence. This is due much to the lack of a thorough knowledge, or even a working knowledge, of the vocation or industry in which the young man is starting his life career."
